Nikon Event in Park City, UT

Last month I went to Park City for an event held by Nikon. I got to choose any camera I wanted to use along with 3 lenses and a flash. My co-worker, Mike, and I drove around looking for something to photograph. We ended up going out of town and along a road by some farms. I got some great photos!!!
Then we went to downtown Park City and walked up and down Main Street. There were a lot of fun objects to photograph.
After we had had enough, we went back to the event location and I did some photographs at booths they had set up for off-camera flash.

So, I'm getting some pressure to post some more photos on here. I have been so caught up in Facebook, that I have completely neglected my blogs. So here are a few pictures to tide you over till I can come up with something else. Sorry if you've already seen them on FB.

Photoshop

So I've been playing around with Photoshop actions lately and here are a few of my favorites:

This first one is from Multiple Choices Photography (www.mcpactions.com). It is from their set All in the Details and is called Antique with hi res brown vignette.

This next one contains four different actions in it plus the action to make the collage. The collage is also from MCP and is from their free "Try Me" actions called Blog It Board. The left picture is Antique from the All in the Details set. The top middle is Mixing Bowl from AITD. The bottom middle is Urban from AITD. And the right picture is from www.thelightsrightstudio.com. It is from their action set B&W Toning and, I believe, is the Burgandy Gold Tone. I'm not positive on that one though.

This one is my absolute favorite action. It is called Experimental Magic and is from 50 Photoshop Postwork Actions by Manicho. You can find it at http://manicho.deviantart.com/art/50-Photoshop-Postwork-Actions-65223059.

This last one is MCP Burnt Edges 3.
